The data you have entered for the purpose of receiving the newsletter (e.g., the e-mail address) is stored on the servers of HubSpot in Germany.
On our behalf, HubSpot uses the provided data for mailing the newsletter as well as for conducting statistical analyses. For the analyses, the e-mails sent contain web beacons or tracking pixels that represent one-pixel image files that are stored on our website. This enables us to determine whether a newsletter mail has been opened and which links, if any, were accessed. With the help of conversion tracking, it can furthermore be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g., product purchase on our website) occurred after the newsletter link was clicked. Moreover, technical information is recorded (e.g., time of access, IP address, type of browser, and operating system).
